On behalf of the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL), Landwirtschaftliche Rentenbank will offer grants for investments in particularly environmentally and climate-friendly farming methods from 11 January 2021 (from 12:00 noon). The programme is limited to 4 years (until 31 December 2024).
Eligible to apply are farms, agricultural contractors and commercial machinery rings.
The minimum investment volume per application is 10,000 euros. The grant amounts to 40 % of the investment sum (max. 500,000 euros) for agricultural enterprises and 10 % (20 % for small enterprises) of the investment sum (max. 200,000 euros) for agricultural contractors and commercial machinery rings.
Eligible are investments in environmentally friendly and resource-saving technology, for example machines and equipment for outdoor farming for the precise application of fertilisers and pesticides and for mechanical weed control as well as structural facilities for the low-emission storage of fertilisers and facilities for the separation of manure according to the BMEL's positive list!
